About Me
Helping leaders become more human in a world becoming more intelligent.
For more than two decades, I have worked with executives, leadership teams, and organizations to develop leaders, strengthen organizational capability, and translate strategy into action. My work spans leadership development, executive coaching, facilitation, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation.
Today, my focus is increasingly centered on a question that I believe will define the future of leadership:
What makes human beings valuable when intelligence becomes abundant?
Artificial intelligence is transforming how we work, learn, create, and make decisions. Yet as intelligence becomes easier to access, some of the most important human capabilities become even more valuable: judgment, trust, accountability, courage, empathy, and the ability to bring people together around difficult choices.
This idea led me to write After Intelligence: The Ten Laws of Human Value in an Age of Abundant Intelligence, a book that explores where value migrates when intelligence is no longer scarce and what leaders must do to remain indispensable.
Throughout my career, I have worked with leaders across functions, industries, and levels of seniority. Whether coaching an executive, facilitating a leadership offsite, designing a development program, or speaking to large audiences, my goal remains the same: To help people become the kind of leaders others trust when the answers are uncertain.
I believe leadership has never been about having all the answers. It has always been about helping people move forward despite ambiguity. In an age when machines can generate answers instantly, that distinction matters more than ever.
